This is a loft bed that my son has used for many years. It looks clean in the photos, but as it was used during his elementary school years, there are many scratches and stains. It is in good working condition. It is stable enough for two adults to ride on it. The stairs are designed to be attached to either the left or right side. The size is perfect for a 6-tatami mat room. The wood is pine, and it is not of the highest quality, so please be careful not to overtighten the bolts during assembly. It is also very heavy, so two people will be needed for assembly. ■Easy-to-climb stairs included ■Reliable load-bearing structure: 500kg clearance (stairs 200kg clearance) ■High guardrails ■Headboard with lighting & outlet ■Comfortable ventilated slatted base ■Formaldehyde countermeasures: F★★★★ Size W251 x D104.5 x H177.5cm Ceiling height: 134cm Bed interior dimensions: 196 x 98cm Material Main material: Pine Slatted base: LVL slatted base This item is available for pickup only by those who can pick it up in the Mikawa region of Aichi Prefecture (along Route 23). The item will be disassembled for pickup. There is no assembly manual, but if you are good at this kind of work, you should be able to figure it out from the shape. The bolts will be sorted by location. Also, please understand that you will need a vehicle with a large cargo bed, as some parts are up to 2 meters long.
