This is a SHIMPO electric pottery wheel, manufactured in 2006. The motor is very quiet and operates without any issues. Forward and reverse rotation have been confirmed. (Rotation direction can be changed after stopping the wheel.) The red button is the lock button, and it has been confirmed to lock. (Pressing it engages the lock; turning the button releases it.) Rotation speed from STOP to HIGH has been confirmed. The pottery wheel body has some overall dirt, but it is believed to be removable with cleaning agents like anhydrous ethanol. The splash pan has no cracks or damage.
