This is a Japanese maple bonsai with an extremely thick trunk. The image with leaves is from last autumn, and the image without leaves is from April of this year. The trunk is very thick and the root spread is good, creating a tree with a strong presence. The bark texture and knob-like features give it an aged, ancient tree atmosphere. ■Condition - As of 4/13, new buds are emerging and the leaves have not yet opened. - Images with leaves are from around September of last year (for reference of Momiji). - It sprouts vigorously every year and you can enjoy the Momiji. ■Size (approximate) - Tree height: approx. 55-65cm - Trunk thickness is greater than an adult's wrist. - Pot width: approx. 30cm *Please allow for slight errors. ■Condition Details - As it is an old tree, there are scratches, knobs, pruning marks, deadwood, etc. - The hollow/swirling pattern on the trunk and cracks are due to age. - Includes weeds that add to the atmosphere. - The branches are currently as is, having been grown naturally without pruning until now. Daily care involves watering and adjusting sunlight. ■Highlights - Impressive with its extremely thick trunk. - Also ideal as a base for future shaping. - The Momiji season is very spectacular.
