Thank you for viewing. ROVAL Silver Spray 420ml Zinc Plating, Iron Parts, Rust Prevention, Silver Paint For a sophisticated finish with a calm silver color, choose ROVAL Silver. ROVAL Silver is a virgin zinc-rich paint that achieves a calm silver color by incorporating aluminum pigments. It offers stronger rust prevention than general anti-rust paints and is ideal for repairing zinc-plated surfaces and as a topcoat for ROVAL with its silver finish. For rust prevention of iron materials, painting large areas, or use in harsh corrosive environments, applying ROVAL as a primer can reduce costs. *When used alone, ensure sufficient film thickness is achieved (dry film thickness of 80μm or more). Like hot-dip galvanizing, the color changes with exposure. The zinc in the coating oxidizes to provide rust prevention and protect the iron. Color variations may occur at times, but they usually become nearly uniform within 3-6 months, eventually settling to a color tone similar to plating, making the repaired areas less noticeable. Applications Indoor and outdoor iron parts such as metal pillars of carports, metal shelves, around iron pipes, balconies, air conditioner outdoor units, antennas, etc. Iron, stainless steel, Super Dyma, hot-dip galvanized steel, Galvalume steel sheet, Eco-Gull, electro-galvanized steel, ZAM, unichrome plating. Ideal for repairing and replacing zinc plating, such as cut surfaces and welded parts of galvanized steel materials, or areas where the plating layer has peeled off or is unplated.
