Included in this set are all items shown in the main image: Wooden house, Joint Bath House (with pipes), tunnel parts, exercise wheel, chew toy (new), and sand. [Wooden House] This is a slightly larger size, approximately 20cm on the longest side and 12cm in height. It was purchased for 1800 yen and is in near-new condition. It is a bottomless type, making it hygienic and easy to clean. The ear-shaped parts on the ceiling have slight individual differences inherent to wooden products; one side is a bit stiff, and the other is a bit loose. [Bath House (Tunnel Set)] There is a crack on a part of the main body (see image). As a bonus, approximately 280g of chinchilla sand is included. This is SANKO's Joint Bath House (with pipes), a transparent type that allows you to easily see inside. The box image shown is for reference from the shop; the actual product does not come with a box. Tunnel parts for connection are also included in the set. While there are some gnaw marks here and there, there are no loose connections or cracks. Some tunnel parts from a previously used Look Look Fortune are mixed in, but they are compatible in size and connect without issue. [Exercise Wheel] This exercise wheel was purchased at a pet store. It makes a slight noise due to age, but it functions without any problems. The stand has been gnawed, so only the main body and fixing parts are included. [Chew Toy] This is new and unopened. [Cleaning] The items have been washed with water, disinfected with alcohol, and thoroughly dried in the sun. Due to the nature of the material, a slight odor may remain. [Condition] While there is some overall signs of use, all parts are in good working condition. They have been cleaned and are ready for immediate use. This is a set sale, and we do not offer individual item sales. [Shipping] The items will be carefully packed and shipped. Click here for the manufacturer's site
