This item is for direct hand-off and will not be shipped. Although listed as cash on delivery due to Mercari's system, shipping will not occur. The pick-up location is Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture. The size of the item is such that it can fit in a Kei car if the car seats are laid flat. ?? This is a 3-piece reception set purchased over 40 years ago. ?? It cost over 20,000 yen at the time, so it was a significant purchase for a folding item. ?? The wood is beech wood in a natural wood finish. The natural wood finish makes the room feel brighter. ?? It is foldable, so it can be stored away when not in use. Very convenient! ?? The table height and chair angles can each be adjusted in two stages. The adjustment method is simple. ?? It can be adjusted according to the size of the room where it will be placed, making it very convenient. ?? The sofa part is also removable. Felt sheets have been attached to the legs to prevent scratching the floor. ?? It has been stored unused for longer than it has been used. When it was used, a fabric cover was placed over the sofa, so direct contact with the sofa was avoided. Even during long-term storage, the cover was kept on to prevent dust accumulation. ?? There are some areas with minor damage. The fabric of the sofa has some discoloration. There are stains. There are also some slight stains on the table surface. There are some minor scratches on the sides. There are natural wood grain patterns. These are not stains or dirt. ?? Before purchasing, please comment to arrange a pick-up location and time. *The flower on the table is not included in the product.
