This is a remake of a pre-owned children's *hifu* (a traditional Japanese sleeveless jacket worn over a kimono) into a formal outfit for cats, inspired by traditional Japanese attire. I originally made this as a matching outfit for my beloved cat for Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival), but I wasn't satisfied with the collar finish. I felt it would be a waste to discard it... Would this be suitable for your cat for events like Shichi-Go-San (a traditional rite of passage for young children) or for commemorative photoshoots? *Please note: While not very noticeable in the photos, the collar has some imperfections (wrinkles, creasing). These are less apparent when worn by a cat. *As this is a handmade item by an amateur, there may be slight irregularities. *This is a handmade item created as a hobby, so it is not a perfect finish like a commercially produced product. We ask that only those who understand these points, such as chalk marks and less precise stitching, purchase this item. *Since it was made by dismantling a *hifu*, the fabric has been pieced together. *Some cats may not like wearing clothes, while others may wear them without issue. Individual cats vary in personality and how accustomed they are to wearing clothes. Please consider your own cat's disposition and comfort level before purchasing. ■ Model Cat Size (Reference) * Scottish (short-legged) * Weight: 3.4kg * Neck circumference: Approx. 20cm * Chest circumference: Approx. 35cm *Please note: We cannot make individual judgments about whether the size will fit. Please measure your cat yourself and make your own decision. The ties allow for some adjustment. *For long-haired cats, please measure including their fur. The outfit may appear tight otherwise. ■ We will use a lint roller before shipping, but please understand that it may not be entirely free of cat hair. ■ This item was worn once by our own cat for the purpose of taking photos. ■ Handling Instructions (Please Read Carefully) This product may include handmade items remade from clothing that is several decades old. Due to age and material characteristics, it may not withstand strong impacts such as those from a washing machine. We are not responsible for any damage caused by washing at home. Please treat this as a delicate item and wash it gently by hand. ■ Other * The item will be folded and shipped in simple packaging. Please understand that creases will form from folding.
