This is a set of a Japanese candle holder and wick trimmer. ① Japanese Candle Holder F/style Size: Diameter 6.3 x 3.2 cm Brass The wick holder and drip tray are removable for easy cleaning of melted wax. Suitable for Japanese candles up to size #5. Used for 5 Japanese candles. There are slight discolorations and stains on the surface. We hope you understand this as part of the natural aging process. Retail price: ￥2,200 + shipping --------------- Seller's Description --------------- ?If wax remains on the drip tray and cannot be removed, wash with hot water and then wipe clean. ?Brass gradually oxidizes in the air, forming a film of copper oxide (tarnish). With use, it will change to a subdued golden color, similar to old 5-yen coins. ?Green patina may also form if used in humid environments. Green patina is harmless and can be left as is. It can be removed with a polishing cloth, commercially available metal polish cream, or cleanser. ② Wick Trimmer (Candle Snuffer) Maruesu Candle Snuffer / Tweezers Size: W35 x L98 x H13 mm Weight: Approx. 10g Retail price: ￥770 + shipping In beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or dirt. --------------- Seller's Description --------------- Convenient for extinguishing flames by pinching the wick, and for disposing of wicks remaining in the candle holder. When using Japanese candles, if the flame becomes large, pinch and remove the black, unburnt wick to shorten it and adjust the flame size. Place the removed wick in a non-combustible container such as an ashtray. As the thickness exceeds 3 cm, we plan to ship via Takuhaibin Compact. Click here for the manufacturer's site
