Professional-grade vintage nautical brass oil lamp manufactured by the world-renowned Den Haan Rotterdam (DHR) in Holland. This heavy-duty brass lamp features a gimbaled mounting system designed to remain upright at sea. The set includes the brass font (fuel tank), adjustable burner, clear glass Fireproof chimney, and the wall-mount gimbal bracket and smoke bell/heat shield. * Brand: DHR (Den Haan Rotterdam) * Origin: Made in Holland (Stamped on the base) * Material: Solid Brass; Glass chimney * Model: Trawler / Gimbaled Wall Lamp * Markings: Made in Holland DHR stamped on the bracket base; Crown logo Fireproof Foreign etched on the glass chimney. * Function: Gimbaled mount for stability; includes heat shield/smoke bell for overhead protection. Very good pre-owned vintage condition. The brass has a warm, natural patina with some minor age-related spotting, light surface scratches, and small tarnish marks consistent with authentic maritime use (see photos). The gimbal mechanism rotates freely and as intended. The glass chimney is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and clear graphics. The burner turns smoothly. Please review all photos for exact condition details. We carefully select every item and believe in transparency. In the case of vintage or pre-owned items, we don't always know their full history, but we have high standards and won't list or sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. All items come from a smoke-free home.
