NWT •100% cotton •hand wash cold •76” length/round and 14” width •hand made in Guatemala Pixan is a unique, innovative and appropriate social business model that gives indigenous women, access to opportunities in a globalized world. Through this model, they do not migrate from their communities, preventing discrimination and harassment. Pixan is a program funded by the Inter-American Foundation and the Highland Support Project. Pixan are manufacturers of premium fabrics and embroidery, under an artistic and artisanal concept, which strengthens the Mayan culture, making use of the millenary weaving techniques.
