Vintage Korean War-era lensatic and marine compasses manufactured in Pembroke, Massachusetts, were primarily produced by the Marine Compass Company (which later acquired and consolidated with E.S. Ritchie & Sons, Inc.). The Marine Compass Co. produced reliable, military-grade navigational field compasses that were heavily utilized by the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War Presence of the original liquid and compass moves – in good condition for age Unsure if Compass actually works because not sure how this works, but it is moving in the liquid This item has been in the possession of my friends father for many years. He was a collector of interesting items. Therefore, it was stored with care.
