This vintage Hall’s Superior Quality Kitchenware covered casserole dish is a rare, early 20th-century collectible produced in the 1930s as a promotional exclusive for the Piggly Wiggly grocery chain. The piece features the highly sought-after Orange & Blue Deco Tulip pattern set against Hall’s signature ivory glaze. This example is in excellent structural condition, notable for its crisp and well-preserved decals. Given that many surviving pieces from this era exhibit significant wear, this item is a premium find for collectors. Piggly Wiggly promotional pieces are substantially rarer than standard production patterns, and the Orange & Blue Tulip remains one of the most desirable Hall designs. • Maker: Hall’s Superior Quality Kitchenware • Era: 1930s • Pattern: Orange & Blue Deco Tulips • Markings: Hall’s Superior Quality Kitchenware – Made in USA • Dimensions: Approximately 8.5” diameter x 6” height (including lid) • Color: Ivory with orange and blue floral decals • Condition: Excellent; no chips, cracks, or repairs. Decals are bright and intact. Please note light age-related yellowing consistent with vintage Hall glazes, which is not indicative of staining or damage. #HallChina #HallsSuperior #PigglyWiggly #VintageCasserole #1930sKitchen #ArtDecoKitchen #DecoTulips #TulipPattern #OrangeBlueTulips #VintageKitchenware #CoveredCasserole #AntiqueKitchen #RareVintage #DepressionEra #VintageTableware #HallChinaCollectors #RetroKitchen
