*Open to fair offers*—> 1990’s Made in USA Wolverine Boots with very minor wear. Sole measures 12” Classic low-profile ankle chukka / utility work boots crafted from thick, durable brown leather with original matching laces and brass eyelet hardware. That external debossed logo stamp—featuring the bold block-letter WOLVERINE text accompanied by the classic running wolverine graphic on the ankle collar. Leather is a thick, heavy-duty full-grain leather with a smooth finish and a rich, warm chestnut brown color that shows natural tonal variations. Firm and structured, yet softened over time from wear. It features natural surface creasing across the vamp and toe box, indicating a dense, durable hide that molds to the foot. The patina and finish has developed a handsome, broken-in vintage brown with subtle surface scuffs and darker shading around the toes and high-flex areas, giving it an authentic, rugged, and well-traveled character. Features: •The OIL RESISTING stamp on the sole means the rubber compound used for the outsole has been chemically treated or formulated to withstand exposure to oil, grease, and various petroleum products without quickly breaking down, swelling, or losing its structural integrity. • Solid brass metal eyelets that develop a natural patina or slight verdigris over time rather than modern plated steel • Distinct vertical stitch pattern indicates a stitch-down sole style with a decorative/functional sidewall stitch seen on vintage pairs.
