Thank you for viewing. This is a set of 25 assorted shikishi (Japanese art paper) for practice, including some with defects. This set combines unopened shikishi with shikishi that have been stored for a long time in their boxes. Due to variations in condition, these are being sold for practice or as material. These are shikishi stock manufactured for art material manufacturers during the Showa and Heisei eras, and were stored in a warehouse for a long time before general distribution. They have a different atmosphere from currently sold shikishi and are patterns rarely seen nowadays. --- [Set Contents] Total 25 sheets ・Fruits (unopened, 1 sheet per package) x 15 sheets ・Shikishi of the same pattern, name unknown x 10 sheets (Note: The ones that were in boxes have been bundled into 10-sheet plastic packaging) --- [About the Condition (Please be sure to check)] ・The 15 fruit-patterned sheets are unopened and in clean condition. ・The 10 sheets of unknown pattern have: The surface is relatively clean, but the back shows signs of yellowing, dirt, or discoloration due to the paper quality. ・Please be sure to check the photos, as we have included a comparison photo with shikishi of the same pattern but with clean backs. *These are recommended for practice, trial writing, and as material, rather than for practical use or final artwork. --- [Recommended Uses] Calligraphy practice / Japanese painting / Etegami (picture letters) / Sumi-e (ink painting) / Collage Handmade crafts / For materials / For prototypes and rough drafts, etc. --- [Product and Storage Information] ・These are long-term stored items manufactured during the Showa to Heisei eras. ・Some may still have price tags attached for former business partners. ・Similar patterns are rarely seen in circulation today. --- [Notes] ・We do not offer individual sales or changes to the contents. ・As these are long-term stored items, the outer packaging may have scuffs or wrinkles. ・They will be shipped in a dedicated shikishi box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and sent in a reused cardboard box. ・This is not a sale as an official manufacturer's product, but a listing of stock material from the manufacturer. This is a set of shikishi with a tasteful texture unique to the Showa era. We ask that only those who understand the condition and can utilize them for practice or as material purchase this item. --- #shikishi #bulk sale #with defects #for practice #showa retro #unused #calligraphy #etegami #japanesepainting #washi #stationery #art supplies #handmade #collage #material Click here for the manufacturer's site
