Please be sure to check the profile section before purchasing. I acquired an LPL Roll Tape Splicer for Single 8/Super 8 that shows almost no signs of use. I wanted to create a unique film splicer, so I processed a zelkova wood board and made a stand that perfectly fits the splicer. 8mm film may be considered outdated, and its practical use might be limited. However, for old fans who love 8mm film, or for younger people who appreciate novelty, how about this as a unique desk item that no one else has? [Notes] ① The fixed frame was created by applying wood glue, clamping it, and after drying, shaping it with a sliding miter saw and then sanding it with a belt sander. It is not secured with wood screws, so it may come apart if dropped. Please be careful. ② The surface of the wood is protected with linseed oil. It may transfer dirt if it comes into contact with white cloth or other materials. ③ The tape splicer itself has been used infrequently, but there may be wood dust or finger oils attached due to the process of fitting it to the frame size. ④ An instruction manual and spare cutter blades are included, but they may have some dirt on them. ⑤ The intended use of this splicer was not strictly considered, so it may be difficult to use as a film splicer if left on the stand during actual use. ⑥ Due to size constraints, the box will be disassembled for packaging.
