Rare W. Dorfler Octagonal Violin Bow, Made in Germany, 4/4 Size Google AI Quote: W. Dorfler's Octagonal Bow is a high-quality bow crafted in a traditional German workshop. Its rarity and value are particularly highly regarded for older models, higher grades, and specific instruments (such as double basses). This is an antique bow. Weight: Approximately 61g Length: 74cm The hair appears to have been replaced by the previous owner. The exact timing is unknown, but it is in good condition. Please check the photos. The silver winding on the lapping has some tarnish, but considering its age, it is in relatively good condition. The thumb grip is also clean. The slide and metal fittings have been polished and appear to be in good condition. Please judge from the photos. The wood for the stick is likely Pernambuco, but please judge from the photos. *This is by no means an inexpensive item, so please comment if you have any concerns about the details or would like additional photos. We ask that you purchase only after you are satisfied. This item is also being sold on other sites. If it is sold simultaneously, we will prioritize the one that sells first.
