Several books feature spiral or comb bindings for easy use while cooking. These volumes offer a mix of traditional and contemporary recipes, providing a comprehensive look at mid-century and late 20th-century Asian culinary techniques. Condition: Good. Books show visible shelf wear, including scuffing, edge wear, and some staining on covers. The comb binding on the International Cuisine book has some damage and markings.
