This is a junk item. When I placed my bass on it, it ended up underneath, causing the cover of the plug part to come off and the internal wires to be exposed. The power turns on, but no sound can be heard even with headphones, rendering it unusable. (The last photo shows the damage.) Since it was within one year of purchase, I contacted the store where I bought it, and they inquired with the manufacturer. However, they informed me that it is no longer in production (I believe that's what they said), so it cannot be repaired. A relative temporarily attempted repairs, so I apologize that I cannot provide detailed information. They tried soldering the internal wires (?), but it remained unusable. They tried again, and this time they glued the cover, but the glued area is preventing the plug from being inserted into the bass. The power still turns on. If you remove the plug cover and repair the inside again, it might become usable. I cannot fix it myself, so I am selling it to someone who can repair it. The batteries have been removed to prevent swelling, so please purchase your own. Includes manual.
