Traditions Animated Santa at Writing Desk with Candlelight — Vintage 1990s Musical Animated Figure This large vintage animated Santa figure by Traditions depicts Santa seated at a wooden writing desk, quill pen in hand, penning his Letters of the World scroll by candlelight. Santa is richly dressed in a detailed holiday costume with faux fur trim, a green under-vest with gold clasp details, wire-rim glasses, and lace-up boots. A lit candle accent sits beside him on the desk, and a stack of wrapped presents rests underneath. The music box harmonically plays 16 holiday tunes while Santa's arm moves in an animated writing motion. Details: * Tested — animation and candlelight both work great * Music box plays 16 holiday tunes (harmonically) * Includes lightbulb for the candle * Does NOT include AA batteries for the music box — batteries needed, not included * UL listed, for indoor use only * Comes in original box; box shows wear/tears from age and storage (see photos) * Great vintage animatronic Christmas display piece for home, office, or school A wonderful piece of nostalgic holiday decor for collectors of vintage animated Christmas figures!
