I live in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. Pick-up is preferred (please comment if you wish for shipping). I purchased this about a year ago and used it about 3 days a week. I am selling it due to moving. Includes one set of separately sold barbell holders. Product: Half Rack Barbell Holders: 2 sets Safety Bars: 1 set Dip Bars: 1 set Manufacturer's Description: [Serious Weight Training at Home] Combines high customizability to adapt to various living environments, training exercises, and body types, with a load capacity of up to 360kg for stability. This allows you to perform high-load training, including the BIG 3 (Bench Press / Squat / Deadlift), at home. Furthermore, as it is a large piece of strength training equipment, we have paid attention to design, creating a refined appearance that blends with your interior with its urban matte black color and minimalist, simple design. This is the definitive home gym developed by STEADY, which boasts a cumulative sales record of approximately 100,000 units for its pull-up machine series where stability is also emphasized, with expertise applied from functionality to design details. [14-Step Width x 12-Step Height Adjustments] The width can be adjusted in 14 steps from approximately 75-126cm, accommodating all barbell shafts, including 220cm Olympic shafts. The height of the barbell holders can be adjusted in 12 steps from approximately 83-137cm, allowing users up to 190cm to rack up without stress. In addition to the ease of customizing the size according to room dimensions, ceiling height, and training menu, the compact structure with an integrated plate rack is also a welcome feature. [Safe & Comfortable 9-Step Safety Bar] Equipped with safety bars to allow you to focus on high-weight training with peace of mind or push yourself to your limits, which is often done alone at home. [Soundproofing & Scratch-Resistant Silicone Rubber] High-quality silicone rubber with excellent elasticity and durability is attached to all edges of the barbell holders and safety bars. You can train without worrying about the sound of metal hitting metal or scratches. Click here for the manufacturer's site
