A stunning true vintage floral brooch featuring dimensional flowers in vivid jewel tones beneath a luminous domed cabochon center. Rich cobalt blue serves as the backdrop for ruby red roses, golden blooms, violet flowers, and emerald foliage, creating beautiful depth and contrast. This style is reminiscent of the reverse carved and reverse painted lucite jewelry popular during the 1950s and 1960s. The layered floral bouquet creates a glowing jewel-like effect and gives the appearance of miniature artwork beneath glass. The ornate gold tone filigree border beautifully frames the floral design and adds an elegant heirloom-inspired touch. Best of all, this example is true vintage new old stock, never worn, and remains in beautiful condition. Details: • Approx. 2 diameter • Gold tone filigree style setting • Domed floral cabochon center • Roll-over clasp closure • Unsigned • New old stock / never worn • Estimated production: 1950s–1960s Perfect for cottagecore styling, botanical collections, floral jewelry lovers, mid-century costume jewelry collectors, or adding a colorful vintage accent to scarves, jackets, hats, or handbags. When you buy vintage, you are not just buying an object, you are sharing a piece of someone’s past. Please note: As with all vintage items, minor signs of age or wear are part of the story and charm of the piece. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
