Hachiro Konno Nordic Lake Framed Print Size: Frame - Approx. 39cm (H) x 44cm (W) [Artist Biography] Hachiro Konno (1938~) Born in Tokyo. He is a leading landscape artist who has repeatedly been selected for exhibitions such as the Nitten and Kofu-kai exhibitions, and has honed his skills while traveling throughout Europe. His sensibility, refined through his travels in Europe, including France, Italy, the Netherlands, and the Nordic countries, has established a unique style that fuses Japanese sentiment with Western color sense. [Highlights of the Artwork] This piece, Nordic Lake, is a prime example of the serene and tranquil landscapes that Mr. Konno excels at. Lyrical Color Beauty: The clear, crisp air characteristic of the Nordic region and the transparent blue of the lake water are exquisitely rendered. His signature pale and gentle colors bring peace to the viewer's heart. Confident Brushwork: The delicate yet powerful texture (surface of the painting) is a testament to the solid technique cultivated through his participation in the Nitten and Kofu-kai exhibitions. Sense of Space: The composition, featuring houses nestled by the lake and distant mountain ranges, creates a sense of realism as if you were standing there, and conveys the breath of Nordic nature. [As a Collection] Mr. Konno's works are popular as everyday pieces, with a refreshing and elegant style that easily blends into home interiors. This piece, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Nordic nature in your own home, is an ideal addition to your collection, bringing color and tranquility to your daily life.
