This is a plain silk Irotomesode (a formal kimono for married women). It is a new, unused item with the original basting threads still attached. The condition is good, but it has been stored at home for many years. A one-mon (family crest) Irotomesode can be used as semi-formal wear for a wide range of formal occasions such as weddings, ceremonies, and children's events. Its plain design offers an elegant simplicity, and it's a versatile piece that can change its impression depending on the obi (sash) you pair it with. If the size fit, I would love to wear it myself, but it doesn't fit at all, so I would like to pass it on to someone who can wear it beautifully. The base color is a calm gray with a hint of blue, which is not flashy and can be worn regardless of age or season. [Condition] This is a new, unused item with the basting threads still attached. The crest area has the protective paper (mon fuse-gami) from when it was tailored still attached. The protective paper shows some color changes due to age, but it does not affect the kimono itself.
