Thank you for viewing our listing. Before purchasing, please be sure to carefully check if your area is within our delivery zone. #mononikachi ↑ We have multiple items listed. ------- All products have undergone complete disassembly and cleaning of the tub, drying unit, and drainage system. After disassembly and cleaning, we perform a tub cleaning cycle before shipping. ※※※ We offer an extended warranty, so we will provide you with our contact information. Please rest assured that repairs and disassembly cleaning can be arranged with just one phone call. ---------- Please refer to the images for areas with free delivery and free installation. ※ For deliveries to the 2nd floor or higher (including the 2nd floor) without an elevator, there will be an additional charge of ¥4,000. Payment will be collected on-site. ※ For customers on the 3rd floor or higher (including the 3rd floor) within the above areas, there will be an additional charge of ¥7,000. (Installation included) ※ For customers in distant locations, we will handle sales with shipping included, but please note that the warranty will only cover initial defects, and installation and support will not be provided. -------- ◼︎ The warranty generally covers the same scope as the manufacturer's warranty. Repairs are primarily handled in-house. For long-term use, please request disassembly and cleaning approximately every 2 to 3 years from the date of purchase. If a malfunction occurs after the warranty expires, requesting disassembly and cleaning at the same time will allow us to handle it for the cost of parts only. Example: 2 years after purchase (warranty expired) Purchaser: ¥20,000 + parking fee In case of malfunction, we will charge only the parts cost in addition to the above, with no labor fees. Normally, it would be ¥39,000 for disassembly and cleaning + parking fee + parts cost + labor fee, so it should be quite a bargain in the long run. Please rest assured that it can all be arranged with a single phone call. When purchasing, please pay close attention to whether the door opens to the right or left. Also, please be mindful of not only the installation space but also the width of doorways and entrances. • Manufacturer: HITACHI • Model Number: BD-SV120HL (Left-opening type) • Color: White • Washing Capacity: 12kg • Drying Capacity: 6kg • Year: 2023 Click here for the manufacturer's site
