★ Genuine US Military Issue, Unused Flyers Gloves. These are not thin summer gloves, but the hard-to-find Intermediate Cold weather type for cold protection! Suitable for wear in all seasons except summer. Size: 9 (Equivalent to L in S, M, L sizing) Designed for pilots, the shell and cuff knit are made of flame-resistant Nomex fiber, with sheepskin used for the palm. The lining insulation is made of high-performance Thermolite, a synthetic fiber material with finer fibers than polyester cotton, achieving high heat retention with minimal thickness, making them warm even when thin. To maintain maximum tactile feel for pilots, the insulation on the palm and fingers is thinner than on the back of the hand. The reinforced sheepskin palm with anti-slip treatment helps to securely grip weapons and equipment. The pattern stitching allows for easy finger bending, providing high finger flexibility and excellent tactile sensitivity, making it easier to operate weapons and vehicles. Designed for use by the US military and law enforcement agencies, these gloves are issued to military personnel working on helicopters and other aircraft. However, due to their durability and protective capabilities, they are also suitable for winter sports, hunting, camping, and other outdoor activities.
