I would be grateful if you would take a look. This is an unused French Foreign Legion military patch. Diameter is 8cm. The back of the patch is hook-and-loop fastener (male side), allowing it to be attached to bags or other items equipped with loop fastener panels (female side). Although unused, this is an imported product and there may be individual differences. Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking the quality of domestic products. Please note that on this particular item, white bobbin thread is showing in the 4th image. Design and Meaning Central Emblem: The grenade motif with seven flames rising is the symbol of the French Foreign Legion. Colors: Green and red are the traditional colors of the unit. Text at the Top (LEGIO PATRIA NOSTRA): This is the unit's motto in Latin, meaning The Legion is our homeland. Text at the Bottom (HONNEUR ET FIDÉLITÉ): This means Honor and Fidelity in French.
