《Actual Item, New (Unused)》 Shoulder bag used around the 1950s-1960s. Rare dead stock from the French military. *Although unused, one rivet is missing, there is rust and verdigris on the metal fittings, the leather parts are scuffed, and there are areas where the paint has peeled, so it is listed as close to unused. It also has the unique smell of old items. Maison Margiela has sampled this item. A sturdy and weighty bag. The strap is robust and hard like a belt. Made of very thick, tightly woven canvas cotton fabric with some water-repellent properties. The inside is lined with leather for added strength, suggesting it was designed for carrying tools. It has no pockets, just a simple design for carrying items. The strap is made of genuine leather and is detachable. There are two belt loops on the back. It's the perfect size for a 13-inch laptop. It can be used as a shoulder bag or a backpack, offering two-way functionality. The shoulder strap is detachable and can be split into two adjustable parts (Photo 15). This is a military vintage item with the traditional heavy construction of leather and fabric, rarely seen in modern military gear. Photos 11 & 12: The inside is clean. Photo 14: This is how it looks when used as a backpack, I believe? I'm not sure of the exact method. Photo 17: Peeling paint on metal fittings (there are other areas like this). Photo 18: Verdigris on the metal fittings (there are other areas like this). Photo 19: One rivet is missing from the part that goes through the belt (this is not an issue if you don't use it that way). Photo 20: Scuffing on the leather (there are other areas like this). Dimensions: External approx. 22 x 33 x 11 cm (fits a 13-inch laptop). Strap adjustable up to approx. 130 cm. Please note that these dimensions were found online and may have slight errors. Military dead stock. May have rust, verdigris, scuffs, weaving imperfections, mold, wrinkles, fading, sun damage, weaving scratches, storage stains, odors, etc. Colors may also differ from the actual item due to photography.
