Mini basketball with a city skyline design from NBA NYC The Store. - Brand: Spalding - Model Name: NBA NYC The Store - Design: City Skyline Print - Logo: NBA Logo - Color: Orange/White Thank you for looking. This is a SPALDING basketball purchased directly from the NBA STORE in New York in September 2001. [Value of this item] The design features a skyline that includes the **World Trade Center (Twin Towers)**, which were once an icon of New York. I purchased it on-site just one week before that day (9/11). Since the scenery changed immediately after, items with this design were only sold for a very short period, and those that still exist are extremely rare. [Condition] • This is a vintage item over 20 years old. • There are some scuffs and age-related dirt, but it has been carefully stored in a dark place. • The air may have slightly leaked out, but please consider it for display or collection purposes. [Other] This is a rare archive that will never be available again for NBA fans, New York fans, or those collecting historical memorabilia. It was purchased at the former NBA Store (NBA Store NYC Fifth Avenue) located on Fifth Avenue in New York. Value and Market Price: It is treated as a rare collector's item in the vintage market. Design: It depicts the New York Manhattan skyline from before 2001, and the inclusion of the World Trade Center (Twin Towers), which can no longer be seen, enhances its historical document value. *This model is an older version with a limited production period. *Purchased one week before 9/11/2001.
