A beautiful vintage porcelain lidded serving tureen / covered vegetable dish manufactured by KPM Krister in Germany. This piece features the highly elegant and collectible Pattern #0643, which showcases delicate romantic pink rose blooms and green foliage scattered across a warm cream-colored glaze. The dish is styled with ornate, heavy gold-gilded handles on the base and a matching gold-gilded finial knob on top of the scalloped lid. Markings: The underside of the tureen features the official printed backstamp: the crown logo over R KPM Krister Germany alongside the stamped numbers 0643 / 17. The inside of the lid is also stamped 0643 / 14. Size 10”x3” Condition: Excellent vintage condition! No chips, cracks, or crazing visible. The porcelain retains a bright glossy shine. The heavy gold gilding on the handles and lid finial remains incredibly vibrant with very minimal wear. Tureen was never used and was only displayed in the cabinet. Please review all high-resolution photos for exact cosmetic details.
