Brand: Tokai Gakki Product Name: Cat's Eye CE-400 Accessories: Hard Case (Takabe) Cat's Eye is an acoustic guitar manufactured by Tokai Gakki from the late 1970s to the early 1980s. Cat's Eye, also known as Japan Vintage, is a dreadnought type acoustic guitar that is easy to play and still has many fans. The top wood is solid spruce. The CS-400, a mid-range model within the Cat's Eye series, produces a beautiful and clear sound. This product has been retrofitted with a Fishman pickup so that it can also produce sound through an amplifier. It is equipped with an EQ and tuner, making it ready for live performance. *Sound output has been confirmed with an amplifier. The pickup is installed under the saddle, resulting in a slightly higher string height. However, it is believed that the string height can be lowered further by adjusting the saddle. A Takabe hard case is included as an accessory. Overall, this is a very clean unit, but there is a small chipped crack on the bottom part. It is not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about minor imperfections, as this is a used item. The addition of the pickup and the hard case alone would exceed ¥15,000, so we believe this price is a great deal. To prevent fraudulent returns, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
