This is a listing for a Brother TZ1-B652 industrial zigzag sewing machine (later model) with a treadle sewing machine stand. The Brother TZ1-B652 industrial zigzag sewing machine is capable of strong stitching on thick materials, straight stitching, zigzag stitching, tacking/name embroidery, and free-motion embroidery. Although this model is no longer in production, it is a highly rare machine with comprehensive features for an industrial sewing machine, unmatched by other brands. It is a highly rare machine, not widely known to the general public, but still widely used in sewing shops and alteration shops. I also use the same model myself and use it for tasks such as bar tacking and large buttonhole making. The motor is a YDK YM-61 sewing machine motor (see photo 11). The treadle function of the treadle sewing machine can be operated by attaching the included leather belt. It appears that some people use this machine for free-motion embroidery. It can be used not only on clothing fabric but also on netting, wetsuit material, synthetic leather, leather, tents, and denim. [The knee lifter on the TZ1-B652 can be moved to switch between (presser foot knee lifter) and (zigzag width adjustment with knee). ] (See photos 19 and 20) - The needle plate, presser foot, and feed dog come with Brother genuine parts for straight stitching, 5mm width, and 12mm width respectively. (See photos 4 and 7) * For this listing, test stitching was performed on kimono fabric (Oshima Tsumugi) with a 12mm width using a DB×1 needle size 11 and 60-weight thread, with cream for the upper thread and red for the lower thread. (See photo 4) (Accessories) All items shown in the photos are included. The TZ1-B652 instruction manual is a copy of photos saved on an SD card.
