This is a traditional Mongolian musical instrument, the Morin Khuur (horsehead fiddle). This is not a decorative item, but an instrument that has been previously used for actual performance. I acquired this during my stay in Mongolia. The craftsmanship and materials are solid, producing a simple yet profound sound. The horse carving on the headstock is particularly exquisite, making it appealing not only as a performance instrument but also as a piece of art. [Condition] - Sound output confirmed (plays well) - Please consider the strings and bow hair as consumables and factor in potential replacement/adjustment. - No major cracks are visible in the wood, but there are signs of aging. - Minor scuffs and scratches from use are present. [Accessories] Bow and Case (synthetic leather) *The case shows signs of aging and is best considered for transport and storage purposes. [Size] Total length: Approximately 105 cm Recommended for those who are starting to learn the Morin Khuur or are looking for an instrument that can be played. This item is recommended for those who understand musical instruments and are willing to perform maintenance if necessary. Click here for the manufacturer's site
