VINTAGE ANTHROPOLOGIE • c. 1998 • ORIGINAL OWNER Fabulous early Anthropologie Home handwoven basket tray purchased by me circa 1998. An unusually LONG + LEAN 36” design with an architectural open-lattice weave that’s incredibly versatile and still feels current nearly 30 years later. Approx. 36”L × 9”W × 3”H Use it as a dining-table centerpiece, console tray, coffee-table display, dresser or bath organizer, kitchen storage, plant display, seasonal styling piece—or hang it vertically for creative wall storage. Its narrow profile also makes it fantastic for apartments, RVs and other small spaces. Handwoven natural fiber/wicker in a warm natural brown. Lightweight yet sturdy. Beautiful with vintage, eclectic, traditional, coastal, boho, maximalist, transitional and modern interiors. Authentic vintage condition with age and use consistent with a piece from the late 1990s. Please see photos for condition and wonderful natural character. SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Two available at the time of listing. ✨ Rare early Anthropologie find — not a reproduction or “Anthropologie-style” piece. ORIGINAL-OWNER PROVENANCE: I purchased these myself around 1998. I acquired two of these baskets along with an oversized LIFE IS GOOD pillow associated with the period/photo styling. I have owned them ever since and in Moms home. A little Lagniappe: This basket belonged to my mom, and proceeds from her pieces are helping cover personal expenses and services not covered by her care benefits.
