Please confirm the following details before purchasing. ① Authentication and Serial Code Mechanism • All authentication is performed through the manufacturer, Spectrasonics. • The seller's usage rights (license) will be invalidated, and a new serial code will be issued to the buyer from Spectrasonics. The seller will not be able to know the new serial code. ② Buyer's Procedure • Account Creation (Preparation): To authenticate the software, please create an account on the official Spectrasonics website in advance. → Account Registration Page We will provide this via message. • To apply for the transfer, we will need your account information (name, address, email address, username). We will need to ask for your registered details, but we will comply with Mercari's terms of service: Mercari services may only be used within the scope of Mercari services and not for any other purpose. • We will initiate the application, but the manufacturer may contact you directly for confirmation. ③ Transaction Completion Flow and Timeline 【Flow】 1.
