This is a black edition that is no longer sold. It is a very stylish model with a cohesive black design throughout. It has been stored at home with almost no use after purchase. The Premium Magnetic is a magnetic wooden chess set where a gentle pon sound is heard when placing the pieces. The secret to the sound lies in the appropriate thickness of the felt attached to the bottom of the pieces and the moderate density of the wood, which is suitable for carrying. Not many chess sets can produce such a warm sound. The pieces are finely and carefully carved for their size. The King is 57mm, with sufficient height. The squares of the chessboard are carefully and beautifully finished by craftsmen. The cursive-like notation, which is a characteristic of this work, surrounds them, elevating the entire set with a stylish impression. [Chess Set] - Total weight: approx. 0.58 kg [Chessboard] - Dimensions when unfolded: approx. 28.8 x 28.1 x 2 cm - Dimensions when folded: approx. 14.5 x 28.1 x 4 cm - Square size: approx. 3 cm [Chess Pieces] - King height: approx. 57 mm - King base: approx. 20 mm - Pawn height: approx. 28 mm - Pawn base: approx. 17 mm [Features] - Magnetic - Folding type - Individual storage for pieces - Made in Poland - Handmade wooden - Chess rules included (Cooperation: Japan Chess Federation) This is a woodworking item finished by craftsmen one by one by hand.
