This is a set of two handmade soft shackles made with 1/8 inch (3.0mm) AMSTEEL-SILVER Dyneema rope from SAMSON ROPE in the USA, boasting a breaking strength of 1,100kg. Use them in conjunction with whoopie slings and tree huggers as a replacement for carabiners for setting up hammocks, connecting items during camping, or securing zippers (for a firm closure). They can also be used as a substitute for shackles on yachts and boats, offering flexibility and weight reduction. These will greatly contribute to lightening your backpack. Total length approx. 21cm, diameter approx. 6cm, weight 6g/piece. These are crafted with attention to detail in finishing the rope ends. Due to the nature of the rope, it may soften and fade with use. However, this rope exhibits less color fading and transfer compared to similar products from other manufacturers, and has a pleasant feel. Furthermore, its strength is increased by 10%. Please give it a try. While we take care with quality, please understand that these are handmade items before purchasing. #Camping #TentTarp #DDHammock #WhoopieSling #SoftShackle #SoftCarabiner #TreeStrap #Dyneema #Yacht Click here for the manufacturer's site
