(Cooling water discharged from the tell-tale, engine revs up.) ◇ Starter Motor: Tested by connecting to a battery. (Normal) ◇ Handle: Tested up/down and grip open/close operation. (Normal) ◇ Shift: Confirmed engagement of forward and reverse while the engine was running. (Normal) ◇ Tilt: Tested up/down operation with manual tilt. (Normal) ◇ Bracket: Tested left/right swivel operation. (Normal) ◇ Fin/Lower Case: No noticeable cracks or chips. ◇ Engine Oil: No cloudiness. ◇ We have only confirmed the above. As this is a used item, maintenance may be required for actual operation. Please purchase with the understanding that repairs and maintenance may be necessary.
