This is a set of 9 issues of the architectural magazine Kenchiku Bunka from approximately 40 years ago, specifically from 1985: January, March, April, May, August, September, October, November, and December. Issues 2, 6, and 7 are missing. Kenchiku Bunka has been on hiatus since its December 2004 issue. According to the publisher, all issues prior to the March 2000 issue are out of print, making these volumes quite valuable. These would be ideal for architecture enthusiasts interested in the trends of the time, researchers of contemporary architecture, or as reference materials. ◎Original Price: ¥1,600 - ¥2,000 per issue (varies by issue. For reference, the final issue in December 2004 was ¥2,043 including tax.) ●From the official website: For over 60 years since its first issue in April 1946, 'Kenchiku Bunka' has accompanied the architects of the next generation, viewing architecture not as a mere object but as a culture, and continuously exploring the relationship between architecture and society through the issues of each era. The themed special features, compiled with a global perspective encompassing both domestic and international aspects, have been strongly supported by readers for their in-depth exploration of various facets of architecture (monthly until issue 650, then bi-monthly).
