Designer: Satoshi Ogawa
Mr. Ogawa is the representative of LDH Apparel Co., Ltd. and also works as a costume director and designer for stage costumes, music videos, movies, and plays, primarily for artists affiliated with LDH JAPAN. He launched FORSOMEONE in 2018.
From his youth, he was drawn to Western fashion culture, music, and street culture. After studying graphic design and architectural design, he learned fashion design through self-study and was involved in planning for domestic and international brands.
He began working as a costume designer for the artist EXILE in his mid-20s. Subsequently, he oversaw the costume division for LDH JAPAN's productions and became the representative of its subsidiary, LDH Apparel, developing a unique fashion business linked to entertainment.
He launched FORSOMEONE as a designer starting with the 2018 Autumn/Winter collection. The 2020 Spring/Summer collection was presented in Paris as an exhibition, and the 2020 Autumn/Winter collection was announced at JFW with a runway show that was urgently changed to a non-audience online broadcast due to the pandemic.
The brand name FORSOMEONE signifies its activity as a brand that continues to create clothing for performers, drawing on the experience of being a costume designer.
