Product Description: Introducing the Spice, a powerful saturation unit from Plankton Electronics, a garage manufacturer based in Barcelona, Spain. This is no ordinary distortion effect; it's a unique module that fuses seven analog circuits with a digital bitcrusher, allowing you to freely sculpt your sound. It's highly regarded in overseas synthesizer communities and is currently a difficult unit to obtain. [Key Features] • 7 Analog Distortions: From gentle saturation to intense fuzz, these can be mixed in parallel. • Digital Bitcrusher: Adds digital grit to analog textures. • Powerful Filtering: Equipped with low-pass/high-pass filters for perfect tonal adjustment after distortion. • Modular Compatible: Features 8 CV inputs, allowing real-time manipulation of distortion texture and mix balance with LFOs or sequencers. • Parallel Processing: The Mix knob allows blending of the original and effected sound, making it easy to distort while retaining the core of bass sounds. [Condition] • Operational Status: All functions confirmed operational / No crackling or other issues, in good condition. • Exterior: Some minor scratches. Please judge from the photos. • Accessories: Main unit, original box, adapter. [Specifications] • Size: 38HP • Current Consumption: +12V: 180mA / -12V: 150mA • Input/Output: Mono Input/Output, CV Input x8 Perfect as a secret ingredient for your desktop or modular system, whether you're creating aggressive rhythms with a drum machine or adding warmth to a synthesizer.
