The Yamaha U3M upright piano is a standard, high-end model with a height of 131cm, manufactured in the early 1980s (primarily around 1980-1982). As the successor to the U3H, it features a rich, solid tone and high expressiveness thanks to its special hammers. [Main Features & Specifications] Height: 131cm (for rich bass and resonance) Width/Depth: Approx. 154cm / 65cm Weight: Approx. 240-242kg Exterior: Typically black polished finish Tone: Mild, clear tone with minimal impurities Construction: Special hammers, all underfelt Reasons to Choose This Piano: High Playability: The 131cm height allows for a touch and action similar to a grand piano, making it suitable for advanced players. Proven Reliability: Inherits the stable characteristics of the U3H and is easy to maintain. Well-Balanced Tone: Produces a solid tone from low to high notes, making it ideal for practice. The U3M is an excellent, cost-effective model recommended for a wide range of users, from those starting serious piano study to those who prioritize expressiveness. The market price for used U3M models is typically ¥300,000 - ¥400,000. A silent function (approx. ¥150,000) has been added to this unit. This piano has been overhauled, with everything from the hammers to the strings and pins polished to a sparkling finish. The images speak for themselves! We confidently recommend this piano. As this is a used item, it is not entirely free of imperfections, but it has been carefully repaired by a piano tuner, so its condition is excellent. It has been regularly tuned. A piano bench is not included. We wish to sell it to someone who will cherish it. It is located on the first floor of a detached house and can be moved out through the entrance.
