Thank you for viewing. This is a set of Honma Seisakusho Koinu-jirushi 3-layer steel deep yukihira pot (18cm, ￥11,000 including tax) and a glass lid (￥3,410 including tax). I purchased this new after debating between this and the Vitacraft Pro yukihira pot, and have been using it. The measurement markings inside the pot were convenient. Please refer to the second photo. Please note that the knob on the lid also gets quite hot. (According to the manufacturer's website, there is also a lineup of glass lids with wooden knobs.) I am listing this item because my usage frequency has decreased due to changes in my living environment. Below is an excerpt from the manufacturer's website for the pot itself. Inner diameter: 180 Bottom diameter: 140 Height: 90 Handle length: 190 Total plate thickness: 2.3 *Units: mm By adopting Clad 3-layer steel, which sandwiches aluminum with stainless steel, it improves heat conductivity compared to single stainless steel, while retaining the excellent durability of stainless steel and the ease of use of aluminum. Heat spreads to the sides of the clad 3-layer steel, allowing the entire pot to heat evenly. This results in delicious dishes with no loss of flavor, especially for dishes that require long simmering. Koinu-jirushi yukihira pots also have two spouts of different sizes for easy pouring. The smaller spout is ideal for pouring liquids in a thin stream, and is suitable for watery ingredients or for drizzling sauce at the end of plating. The larger spout is designed to allow ingredients to be poured along with the liquid, making it easy to go from cooking to plating and storage. *Compatible with direct flame, IH, and dishwashers. *The handle is designed to resist heat when cooking, but please be aware that it may become hot if the base or the handle itself is exposed to direct flame, such as when using a very strong heat.
