Thank you for viewing. This is a large sofa used by my elderly parents at their home. Due to its large size, it has become difficult for them to handle, so I am selling it as part of a decluttering effort. They mentioned it was purchased about 5-6 years ago for around ￥250,000 - ￥300,000. It has a luxurious feel, with no significant sagging overall and no noticeable scratches. While there is some sign of use as it is a pre-owned item, it is in good condition and should continue to be usable without any issues. The product consists of the following three parts as shown in the photos: This listing is for part ③. ① Sofa 1 ② Sofa 2 ③ Ottoman https://jp.mercari.com/item/m92313016812 https://jp.mercari.com/item/m20797482713 https://jp.mercari.com/item/m71255758264 Please check the images for detailed dimensions and how it can be separated. As this is a large item, we plan to ship it using Pakku & Sōtō Tanomeru-bin (a specialized large item shipping service). The shipping origin is Aichi Prefecture. The price includes shipping. Please note that due to size constraints, we are listing the items separately. You can purchase all three items as a set, or purchase only a portion of them. About the condition: - Overall, there is little significant sagging or noticeable scratches, and the condition is good. - There is a slight stain on the seat of Sofa ①. Please check the photos. - The ottoman (③) has a different color tone from the other sofa parts due to sun fading. About shipping: We plan to ship using Pakku & Sōtō Tanomeru-bin. As this is a large item, shipping may require scheduling adjustments. Please confirm the dimensions of your entryway and installation space. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling or returning the item after purchase due to buyer's convenience. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a pre-owned, large piece of furniture. Thank you. Click here for the manufacturer's site
