[New and Unused] Hase-en Tochin-sai This is the Tochin-sai, an electronic range-only cooking pot from Hase-en, a kiln manufacturer of Iga-ware pottery. Key Features and Mechanism ? Earthenware pot for electronic range use ? Iga clay has a highly porous structure and absorbs a large amount of water. ? Fluffy cooking with steam ? Moisten the pot and lid with water before heating in the electronic range. ? The moisture absorbed by the electronic range from microwaves turns into steam, which steams food moistly while locking in its flavor. ? Serve directly to the table ? Due to its excellent heat retention, food stays warm longer. Its stylish design also allows it to be served directly to the table after heating. Basic Usage 1. Absorb water: Thoroughly soak the pot and lid with water, then wipe off any excess moisture from the surface. 2.
