A set of two perches made from thin, natural pear wood. #Thin Fruit Perch With a diameter of approximately 6mm to 1cm, these perches are recommended for small birds such as Bengalese finches and society finches. They may be too thin for parakeets or medium-sized birds. The length is approximately 12-20 cm. Thin branches are difficult to process, making this a rare item. Please note that due to their thinness, durability may be a concern. As it is natural wood, it is safe for birds to chew on. You can create various layouts by attaching them in a stepped or right-angled manner, or by combining multiple perches. ☆Benefits of Natural Wood Unlike processed wood with smooth surfaces, natural wood has varied shapes. With processed wood, the contact surface for the bird's feet is always the same, but with natural wood, it varies depending on the location. This stimulation can help prevent foot diseases and is expected to strengthen their muscles. Also, the rougher surface compared to processed wood may help prevent nails from growing too long. ☆Safety of Natural Wood These perches are made from domestically sourced wood cut before pesticide application. No preservatives or colorings are used. They are sterilized and dried, making them safe for parakeets. You may see green, black, or white spots on the surface of the wood; these are natural wood colors and not mold. As these are natural wood branches, no two are exactly alike. Please understand that there will be slight differences in thickness, length, color, and shape between branches. ☆Precautions for Use ?To prevent mold, do not use in high-temperature, high-humidity locations for extended periods. ?If dirty, wash with water and dry thoroughly. ?Be careful not to overtighten the screws, as this may cause damage. ☆Price Perch ￥580 x 2 Shipping ￥210 ☆Materials ?Natural wood ?Screws: Stainless steel ?Washers: Stainless steel ?Wing nuts: Stainless steel Metal parts that birds may chew on are made of highly safe and rust-resistant stainless steel. This is a handmade item, so please purchase with understanding. Immediate purchase is welcome 24 hours a day! No comments are necessary. ☆Shipping Shipping will be done via Mercari delivery service, with dispatch on the same or next day.
