【About the Product】 This is a trivet made from cowhide vegetable-tanned leather. It can be stored compactly by hanging it, making it suitable not only for the kitchen but also for outdoor use. You can enjoy the aging process with stains and heat. 【Material Focus: Domestic Vegetable-Tanned Cowhide】 This is vegetable-tanned leather tanned in Japan (Hyogo Prefecture). After being dyed with plant-based tannins, it is finished with a careful hand-waxing process applied to each piece. Its greatest appeal lies in the dramatic changes that occur with use. As the wax on the surface slowly melts into the leather, its texture transforms from a matte finish to a transparent sheen. Please enjoy the joy of raising your leather as it becomes more familiar to your hands with use. 【An Item to Add Comfort to Your Daily Life】 We hope that the calming scent of leather and its gentle touch will bring further relaxation to your daily life and hobby time. The item will be carefully delivered with simple wrapping to protect it from dirt and scratches. (Supplement) About the Appeal of Cowhide Vegetable-Tanned Leather The greatest characteristic of cowhide vegetable-tanned leather is that it becomes glossier and softer, fitting comfortably in your hands the more you use it. Even if you accidentally get dirt or water stains on it, they will blend in with the aging process and become less noticeable with continued use. At the same time, the leather's natural oils will gradually make it more resistant to dirt and water, so please enjoy your own unique leather cultivation. 【SNS & Inquiries】 We post photos of our creations and our beloved cat on Instagram.
