★ Made to Order ★ This is a cage insulation case (insulation cover) for birds. Keeping birds warm is very important, especially during winter, for elderly birds, sick birds, molting birds, and chicks. We will create a custom-made product to your specified finished size, to fit your existing cage. ■ Features ?Made with highly insulating material ?All panels are separate, making it compact for storage ?Can maintain a temperature of approximately 32°C without warping, even with a 100W heat bulb ※Insulation effect may vary depending on the environment of use ■ What will be made (Standard) ① Top panel ② Back panel ③ Right panel ④ Left panel ⑤ Front panel (if needed) ※ The cut edges of each panel will be protected with tape. ※ One space will be left for cord access. ■ Material Polycarbonate hollow structured board (Harmonikarbo) ?Extremely lightweight ?Highly insulating and flame-retardant material ?UV cut ?Usable temperature: up to 110°C ■ Condition upon Delivery ?Will be delivered as separate panels. ?Please assemble at home using cellophane tape, masking tape, or similar. ■ How to Order Please provide the following information: ?Desired finished size of the insulation cover ※This is not the cage size. ?Whether a front panel is needed, and its size. ?Number of spaces needed for cord access. ?Any custom requests beyond the standard (if any). ※ Measure with a few centimeters of distance from the heat bulb. ※ Only rectangular shapes can be made. ■ Price The number of material sheets used will vary depending on your desired size. 【Estimate】 ?1 sheet of material: ￥9,500 (The HOEI 21 size shown in the sample photo often requires only 1 sheet) ?2 or more sheets of material: ￥15,000 ~ ※We will provide a quote based on the required number of sheets. Standard Order The basic set includes Top panel, Back panel, Right panel, Left panel, Front panel (5 pieces). ?Additional panel: +￥500 per piece ?If 2 or more cord access spaces are needed: +￥300 ■ Precautions ?Returns are not accepted as this is a custom-made item. ?There may be a few millimeters of error in the finished size. ?As this is handmade, there may be some warping in the cuts and tape areas. ?The orientation of the horizontal and vertical lines of the material is random. ?Due to the hollow structure, small particles from the manufacturing process may remain inside. ■ Shipping ?Shipping time: 3-7 days ?Packaging: Will be wrapped in newspaper for shipping. ※Bubble wrap will not be used. ★ Please note that this is a handmade item. Those seeking perfect finishes in every detail should refrain from purchasing. ★ Click here for the manufacturer's site
