We appreciate your understanding as these have been stored at home. ↓ The F-1 one-touch fitting for refrigerant copper pipes is a flameless fitting for refrigerant copper pipes that connects by simply inserting the copper pipe without the need for flame or tightening tools. By completing installation with a one-touch insertion, connections can be easily made in tight spaces such as under ceilings, eliminating the struggle in confined spaces. It significantly reduces installation time by eliminating the ancillary work, such as preparation, that was required with conventional brazing. The F-1 one-touch fitting for refrigerant copper pipes is compatible with refrigerants R32, R410A, and R407C. The fitting comes with a 20mm insulation cover. Features Compatible refrigerants: R32, R410A, R407C; JCDA0012 certified product Reduces installation time with flameless construction No brazing required, eliminating concerns about fire and burns (improved safety). Eliminates ancillary work such as curing with fireproof sheets required for conventional brazing, significantly reducing installation time. No CO2 emissions as no fire is used. One-touch fitting One-touch installation by simply inserting the copper pipe, eliminating the need for tightening with wrenches or other tools. No special skills are required, allowing for stable connections regardless of skill level. Construction proceeds smoothly. Secure structure that prevents refrigerant leaks The lock ring (material: SUS304) that bites into the copper pipe and prevents removal, and the double seal with an O-ring (material: HNBR) ensure no refrigerant leaks. * HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber) is excellent in refrigerant and refrigerant oil resistance.
