This is a medium-sized dog house from Iris Ohyama, made of natural wood with a rustic feel. It is weather-resistant and durable, designed for your dog's comfort. The roof features a design to prevent rain leakage. Includes adjustable leg caps to prevent corrosion and wobbling. Width: 760 x Depth: 840 x Height: 785 ?Recommended Dog Size (approx.): Medium-sized dogs up to approximately 50cm in height ?Entrance Size: (approx.) 300 x 415mm ?Floor Size: (approx.) 580 x 635mm ?Body: Natural wood ?Resin Parts: Polypropylene ?Alkyd resin paint ?Screws, Hex Bolts, Nuts: Steel Used for about 1 year, but my dog has outgrown it, so I've decided to part with it. There are some minor scratches and dirt, but as it was placed under a roof and protected from rain, there is no corrosion on the wooden parts. Some slight rust is visible on a few of the wood screws, but it should not affect usability. The instruction manual (assembly) has some tears. (Photos 19-20/20) To reduce shipping costs, the product will be disassembled for delivery, so the buyer will need to assemble it. Assembly was easy using the instruction manual and only a Phillips head screwdriver. *Please be aware that this is a used item. Click here for the manufacturer's site
