This is a top-quality kame (3-go size, approximately 5.4L capacity) from Hisamatsu Kiln, a renowned Tokoname ware kiln that has now ceased operations and is difficult to obtain. Hisamatsu Kiln products are famous for using unique natural materials and glazes, making them safe containers that do not release any harmful substances such as lead or cadmium. They are resistant to changes in outside temperature and have excellent heat retention, making them ideal for long-term storage of umeboshi (pickled plums), miso (fermented soybean paste), nukazuke (rice bran pickles), sauces, and more. This listing is for the [lidless body only]. It is recommended for those who can use their own lid, a drop lid, or plastic wrap as a substitute, or for those who already own a Hisamatsu Kiln 3-go lid and are looking to replace the body. ■ Brand/Specifications Hisamatsu Kiln (Tokoname Ware) 久松窯 (Hisamatsu Kiln) and 3 stamped on the bottom. ■ Condition This is a used item (second-hand). There are no noticeable major scratches, cracks, or chips on the inside or outside, and it retains its gloss, appearing to be in generally clean condition. You can still use it without any issues and with satisfaction. Please check the photos for the condition and purchase only after you are satisfied. Thank you for looking.
